Update: still amazing each time. The entire team is very professional and they are a well oiled machine. The dogs are an added bonus and they were able to distract my three kiddos!
This was such an amazing visit! If you are looking for teamwork, efficiency, state of the art equipment, professional yet fun working environment, then this is the place!!! My entire experience with this office was exceptional. From calling to schedule my first consult appointment, to receiving the new patient paperwork via email, receiving email appointment reminders and the check in-ALL great! They are following COVID protocols, so it is very safe. The waiting room is phenomenal because the waiting room chairs are MASSAGE chairs with a wireless pad to charge your smart device. The team works efficiently and quickly. I had my photos and xrays with Brenna who was very sweet and personable. She knew what she was doing! Then I sat in a consult room with Jen, the treatment plan coordinator and she was also exceptional. The doctor nor myself ever repeated ourselves to her. She took several notes and remembered everything I said. She did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my needs, along with presenting the investment plan in an understanding way. She even went above and beyond with helping me with my 4 month old baby! Dr. Norris walked into the consult room full of energy and confidence. He is the man! He was very patient and explained to me what is wrong and how to fix it. He answered all my questions and presented it in a way that was understandable. I accepted treatment right away and got to work with Amanda. She removed a lower bonded retainer I had, and she was so much fun!!! She was full of energy and super happy. You can tell the entire team is happy and works well together. It's a great environment and super fun office. Thank you again Dr. Norris and team!
