My daughter recently had to get an expander placed in the roof of her mouth, and she was extremely nervous. Dr. Norris handled the situation so thoughtfully. He asked if they could record the procedure for training future interns and invited my daughter to share her feedback on camera. This completely shifted her focus away from her anxiety and helped her relax. It was such a creative and compassionate approach, and it made all the difference.
Dr. Caesar is equally wonderful. He is incredibly warm and welcoming and always takes the time to chat with us about our kids and families. He remembers the little details, which makes us feel truly seen and cared for. What stands out most is how he goes above and beyond to make sure your child feels heard and comfortable before leaving the office. He takes the time to listen to any concerns, answers questions patiently, and ensures both the child and parent leave feeling confident and at ease.
The entire staff is fantastic—everyone is kind, patient, and genuinely caring. And the recent addition of the two adorable puppies is the best idea ever! They instantly brighten the atmosphere and help put both kids and parents at ease.
