Best of the Best. Dr. Norris and Dr. Caesar and staff are amazing. Dr. Norris and Dr. Caesar really know how to connect with the kids and parents; this means everything. I have never been to an orthodontist before, but after going to see Dr. Norris and his Staff I must say it was a wonderful experience - from the 1st person we met until meeting Dr. Norris and Dr. Cesar and I would highly recommend them! Dr Tito Norris and his staff are amazing a compassionate - love love love them!!! This is the first orthodontist we’ve ever been to and we were blessed to get the BEST EVER!!
