I don't usually write reviews, but Stone Oak Orthodontics earned this one. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like a person and not just an appointment. Everyone was friendly, organized, and genuinely seemed to enjoy working together (and the office dogs are a nice bonus!). Mylene was so kind. She's an amazing treatment coordinator, and you can tell she truly loves her job. She made the whole process feel easy and personal. What stood out most was how thorough Dr. Norris was. He took his time, explained everything in plain language, and never rushed me through my questions. I left knowing exactly what the plan was and why. You can tell he really cares about getting it right. If you're looking for an orthodontist in San Antonio, I'd absolutely recommend them. 5 stars, no hesitation.

Beautiful office! They even have massage chairs! The staff is so friendly. I love Rosie and Rusty lol. I definitely will be getting my son’s braces done there. It was a great experience. Even my son loved it and you know how hard it is to impress kids when it comes to going to any doctors or Dentist. He got to spin the wheel which was exciting for him.
